Our pork, beef, lamb and wild venison sausages are handmade from outdoor-reared pork, wild venison, grass fed beef and lamb from small Dorset and Wiltshire farms.

No nasty preservatives or additives here. We use natural casings that allow the sausage to breathe, infusing the meat to give a rich, even flavour throughout.
