We believe our naturally reared grass fed lamb is truly outstanding, from flocks that have been purely fed on natural pastures rich in wild grasses, flowers and herbs to produce a rich, full flavour. Our grass fed meat is sourced from small, local farms in Dorset and Wiltshire with the highest standards of animal welfare, and hand trimmed by a master butcher to produce characterful, lean meat.
All our sheep are 100% grass-fed on specially planted herbal lays and raised using traditional farming methods. The results of this careful, natural management is the most outstandingly flavoursome and healthy meat.
