Homemade Mint Sauce
Making your own mint sauce to drizzle over delicious roast lamb or lamb steaks is really quick and easy and tastes so much better than any shop bought mint sauce. Here’s our very quick version
50g fresh mint leaves
1 tbs white wine vinegar
1tbs caster sugar
3 tbs of hot water
Chop the mint leaves and place with all the other ingredients either in to blender or pop in a big mixing bowl and use a hand blender and pulse whizz, don’t over blend as you want to be left with small chunks rather than a smooth paste. Now ready to drizzle over your lovely lamb.
